- 被动语态的理解与识别：中国学生习惯主动语态思维，容易把被动句的主语当成动作执行者。在 Grammar 板块讲解时，必须强调找 "be + 过去分词" 结构，并区分 doer 和 receiver。例如学生易错写成 *The mammoth found by the boys.（漏掉 was），应结合原文 A mammoth was found (by the boys) 讲清 by 短语常省略的规则。
- True / False / Not Given 题型混淆：学生在 Reading Comprehension 中极易将 Not Given 误判为 False。需明确 False 是原文有相反信息，而 Not Given 是原文根本没提。例如原文未提及某动物只吃植物，选项若说它只吃植物即为 NG，不能因为常识推断而选 F。
- 介词 in 构成的固定搭配：Vocabulary Practice 中涉及 in detail, in danger, in action, in fact。学生受母语负迁移影响，常乱换介词，写出 *with detail 或 *on danger。课上需强调整体记忆，并让学生用每个搭配新造一个句子巩固。
